For each shipment, the shipment details provide funding source, procuring organization, reference number, recipient, contraceptive method, product, manufacturer, quantity, cost, shipment date, receipt date, any related notes and, if available, shipment mode, carrier, destination, origin and ship date.
The table at the bottom of the report, Shipping Leg information, displays the most current leg as record #1. Current design allows for the same shipping leg to be displayed more than once, as well as previous legs. Legs are ordered from most recent information at the top to the oldest information (generally, the originating leg) at the bottom.
